About the role
- Improve candidate experience: Identify opportunities to improve the hiring journey and contribute to initiatives that enhance candidate touchpoints across communications, interview stages, and candidate resources.
- Review and screen candidate applications
- Drive sourcing, referral, and outreach initiatives that keep our candidate pipeline strong.
- Run interviews, including our group interview called ☕️ Cafe con Viva
- Keep our recruiting data and ATS organized
- Identify bottlenecks and contribute to improvements in workflows, tools, and automation - brownie points if you love AI and Automation
- Collaborate with our People, Sales and Customer Success teams
Requirements
- 1-2 years in a people-focused role (Talent Acquisition, PeopleOps, HR, Recruiting Operations, Employee Experience, or similar)
- Strong English communication skills (C1+)
- Experience working with English-speaking teams in remote or hybrid environments
- Experience improving people-facing communications or processes
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and ATS platforms
- Excited about AI and automation
- Proactive and comfortable working with a high level of ownership and autonomy
- Stable work history
