About the role
- Conduct remote semi-structured interviews (via Phone) with older adults from diverse backgrounds
- Gather meaningful feedback on participants' experiences and satisfaction with services provided by PACE programs
- Independently organize and manage interview schedule
- Conduct interviews with empathy, creating a comfortable, unbiased environment
- Track call dispositions and access participant information through an online file-sharing platform
- Record interview outcomes, resolve inconsistencies, and submit findings
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with federal HIPAA regulations and data security
- Maintain regular communication with Vital Research for updates and support
- Attend mandatory virtual training beginning in early October and complete all assigned training
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish: fluently speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Tech-savvy; proficiency in Zoom and other web-based platforms
- Comfortably working with individuals with disabilities, with sensitivity to their needs
- Excellent communication skills to build trust and establish rapport with participants
- Equipped with a personal computer and a secure Wi-Fi connection
- Organized and attentive to detail to ensure accurate completion of tasks
- Ability to work Monday–Saturday between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. local time
- Must pass background check and complete mandatory training
- Willingness to use personal protective equipment when required
