• Field Interviewers collect confidential survey data that informs social research; contact pre-identified participants to conduct surveys via phone, Zoom, or in-person interviews using company-provided tablets and software
• Reach out to participants from a provided list and schedule/complete surveys; 1 survey per day or 5 per week; ensure confidentiality and data quality
• Conduct surveys in all interview modes (phone, in-person, video) based on participant preference; manage interview schedule independently
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity; communicate with research team for updates and support
• Utilize translation services as needed; comply with confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and data security requirements
• Prepare for and participate in two-day training and ongoing project timelines for the National Core Indicators (NCI-AD, NCI-IDD) project
