• Ensure social media strategies comply with governing policies and standards
• Coordinate messaging with stakeholders
• Identify performance metrics and provide insights to refine content
• Contribute to annual reports and leadership speaking engagements
• Maintain a SharePoint library of educational materials
• Draft talking points and provide executive coaching for public appearances
• Prepare executive meeting summaries
