About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identifies and performs tasks as required to meet objectives
- Lead interpretation and analysis of complex issues associated with thermal performance of the Vistra nuclear units
- Coordinates assigned projects, studies and initiatives through completion
- Comply with safety policy and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Provides oversight of vendor activities such as tests and walkdowns
- Prepare and present reports including recommendations to resolve complex issues
- Participate in and on occasion lead special projects and committees including external organizations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 yrs. Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
- Minimum 6 yrs. relevant job experience (Ideal)
- Nuclear experience preferred
- Experience in thermal performance analysis of steam cycle components and systems preferred
