About the role

  • Manage and grow current accounts, including building strong client and partner relationships.
  • Generate new revenue and memberships via referrals and prospecting efforts.
  • Identify opportunities that will yield revenue and incremental profits.
  • Provide membership and trip options and trusted advice to clients.
  • Oversee client experience and partner with Account Management; escalate service disruptions as necessary.
  • Maintain a minimum of $10m TTM revenue and sell two deposits per month; maintain 90% Primary Revenue retention.
  • Ensure operators meet quality assurance standards and provide high levels of customer service.
  • Contract management and negotiations; prepare and submit sales proposals and materials.
  • Consistently meet/exceed sales targets; serve as mentor, coach, and brand ambassador.
  • Communicate pipelines and client retention clearly with leadership and partner across the organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ Years Sales experience.
  • Private aviation experience desirable.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Outstanding service and customer oriented behaviour.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and as a part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience of working in the region.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and ambitious.
  • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, peers, and operating partners.
  • Experience in contract management and sales proposal preparation.
