About the role

  • Develop and create new client relationships by prospecting and closing VistaJet Programs and XO memberships within the U.S. region.
  • Generate and maintain a large and active pipeline of opportunities.
  • Manage current customer accounts and develop relationships with your customer base.
  • Generate referrals from your current customer and prospect base.
  • Negotiate within the commercial boundaries as set by the EVP & President of the U.S. team.
  • Establish and expand brand awareness within the U.S. region.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and opportunities in the Vista CRM system.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Vista Global prospects and collaborate with other teams to ensure tailored flight solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ Years Sales experience.
  • Private aviation experience desirable.
  • Outstanding service and customer-oriented behavior.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and as a part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience working in the region.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and ambitious.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and complete employment eligibility verification upon hire.
