• Lead the transfer of semiconductor technologies from internal R&D into external foundry partners
• Ensure process technologies are portable, scalable, and manufacturable across foundries while meeting quality, reliability, cost, and schedule commitments
• Act as the technical bridge between internal development teams and external manufacturing partners
• Define foundry transfer frameworks, readiness criteria, and qualification gates (EVT/DVT/PVT or equivalent)

• Read and interpret blueprints and customer specifications
• Test substrates to meet specifications
• Prepare substrates for dicing function by mounting onto small glass plates
• Perform calculations to instruct cutting machines to dice 4” squares into circuits
• Use tweezers, chemicals and/or distilled water to remove post-dicing residue
• Heat/treat/and/or 100% probe
• Read work orders and study assembly drawings to determine heat treat operation to be performed
• Adjust heat treat machine/hot plate controls according to work specifications
• Examine and test substrate at various stages of production
• Maintain records of probe results per resistor
• Enter production information into computer via Vantage system
• Placing of wax-mounted substrates on glass into vacuum chucks in work area of dicing saws

• Maintain and Optimize Planning Systems: Oversee the regular upkeep, optimization, and troubleshooting of planning systems to ensure efficient and accurate operations
• Assist in the configuration design, customization, integration and testing to support evolving business requirements
• Master Data Management: Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of master data across all systems, including coordinating with relevant stakeholders for updates and corrections
• Automate Reporting Processes: Develop and implement automation solutions for routine and ad-hoc reporting, improving the accuracy, speed, and efficiency of data delivery
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with IT, operations, and business units to identify and address system enhancements and ensure that planning tools meet organizational needs

• Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on best practices for using planning systems and tools, and offer ongoing technical support as needed
• Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure that all data management practices comply with internal policies and industry standards, supporting accurate and timely reporting
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Continuously monitor the performance of planning systems and reporting tools, implementing improvements based on feedback and performance metrics
• Enhance Data Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualization tools to enable stakeholders to make data-driven decisions quickly and efficiently
