About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive best-in-class yield performance across MOSFETS foundries
  • Develop world-class benchmarking capability of yield improvement
  • Ensure solid transition and ramp post R&D or foundry transfer to high-volume manufacturing
  • Drive the enablement of reduction in the foundry non-conformances
  • Support yield enhancement and capacity increase activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years related experience in semiconductor process engineering
  • Experience in process integration for both Discrete and IC based MOSFET
  • Experience in working with R&D and foundry operations
  • Experience in managing SPC, control plan and FMEA
  • Fundamental knowledge in semiconductor device and wafer processing
  • Fundamental knowledge in statical data analysis and control methods
