Drive best-in-class yield performance across MOSFETS foundries
Develop world-class benchmarking capability of yield improvement
Ensure solid transition and ramp post R&D or foundry transfer to high-volume manufacturing
Drive the enablement of reduction in the foundry non-conformances
Support yield enhancement and capacity increase activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering
Minimum 10 years related experience in semiconductor process engineering
Experience in process integration for both Discrete and IC based MOSFET
Experience in working with R&D and foundry operations
Experience in managing SPC, control plan and FMEA
Fundamental knowledge in semiconductor device and wafer processing
Fundamental knowledge in statical data analysis and control methods
