About the role

  • Support HR and Finance teams with onboarding, employee engagement, and payroll coordination.
  • Organize recognition programs, gifts, and employee store; conduct orientations, reference checks, compliance, and payroll setup.
  • Provide attendance updates, handle FMLA/ADA documentation, and support employee needs with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Process background checks, HIPAA attestations, verify doctors’ notes, manage LOAs, separation paperwork, and track company equipment.
  • Manage reception, mail distribution, company shipments, and provide backup support for payroll, benefits, and finance tasks.
  • Handle banking, deposits, invoice processing, purchase orders, reconciliations, expense reports, and maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (preferably with more than 3 years) in HR, finance, executive assistance, or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with employment law, payroll processes, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and HR/finance systems (e.g., QuickBooks, HRIS, payroll software).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
