About the role
- Communicate effectively with Technical Points of Contact (TPOCs) and act as a technical advisor to customers
- Partner with Account Executives to deliver product demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and craft technical responses
- Define long-term technical strategies for customer engagements ensuring scalability and alignment with goals
- Act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and internal teams, translating business needs into technical requirements
- Develop and review technical architectures aligned with customer requirements and industry best practices
- Identify technical risks in customer engagements and propose mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create technical collateral and align customer feedback with product roadmaps
Requirements
- DoD SECRET Clearance
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in supporting the Department of Defense
- Proven technical proficiency in data science, data engineering, AI/ML solutions, cloud platforms, and/or systems integration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated thought leadership and strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently
- Preferred: Prior Land, Sea, Air Maintenance experience
- Preferred: Hands-on experience in Readiness domains like Predictive Maintenance, Munitions Storage Planning, and/or Supply Chain Management
- Preferred: Familiarity with risk management frameworks, cloud service providers, and large-scale AI architectures
- Preferred: Knowledge of the unique requirements of DoD and IC environments
- Preferred: DoD TOP SECRET Clearance
