Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure services align with client goals and expectations. Track leads, manage a sales pipeline, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets. Represent CMS with professionalism and expertise in marketing solutions for construction.
Requirements
10+ years of marketing experience, with proven success in sales. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies such as SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing. Experience creating or selling marketing campaigns that deliver measurable ROI. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in an in-person, client-facing role. Proficiency with CRM tools and reporting. Knowledge of construction industry workflows and challenges (a plus). Prior experience selling marketing or digital solutions to construction companies. Established network within the construction or marketing industries. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
