• We’re looking for a strategic and investor-savvy professional to lead Virta’s investor relations function. This is a unique opportunity to shape the external financial narrative for one of the most transformative companies in digital health. As the Vice President, Investor Relations, you’ll work directly with the CFO and executive team to build meaningful relationships with investors, communicate our performance and vision to the market, and support Virta’s growth as we scale. • The role leads product operations, building operating rhythms, planning cadences Now/Next/Later, and executive readouts.
• You will coach squads on agile and scrum mechanics and drive cross-functional projects.
• You will lead special projects to increase product org effectiveness and partner with data team on governance and tooling.
• You will serve as a trusted operational partner to product and development leadership and identify bottlenecks for continuous improvement.

Product Operations Lead

DevOps Engineer

Virta Health is on a mission to transform diabetes care and reverse the type 2 diabetes epidemic. Current treatment approaches aren’t working—over half of US adults have either type 2 diabetes or prediabetes.
As an SRE on the Infrastructure team at Virta, you will be building the foundation that will help our company move as fast as possible while meeting security and compliance requirements.
Key projects for the team over the next two quarters include: Implement an AI‑driven observability and metrics platform that automatically detects anomalies and highlights SLO risks, enabling product teams to make data‑driven decisions.
Enhancing system observability, reliability, and efficiency using off-the-shelf technology combined with internal tools developed in Python and Go to increase transparency and visibility into our systems as well as centralizing data.
Building out more products for our Product Development teams like observability (SLOs, alerting, dashboards) modules to allow them to spin up an MVP out of the box.
Improving incident readiness with better tooling and the right hygiene practices such as game days.
Engage with feature development teams in toil reduction exercises, capacity planning, load testing, SLO process, and other best practices — partnering with product teams to replace manual capacity planning with predictive/AI-driven scaling models and to codify self-healing runbooks that minimize toil
Improving the velocity and quality of our developer platform and tooling
General AI fluency desired: comfortable with concepts like prompt engineering, operational chatbots, and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate incident response and reliability improvements
We are in the midst of re-defining our incident response tooling/strategy, improving test tooling, and developing a strategy to ensure all applications are performant and available. Joining Virta would make you one of the key people defining and driving the future vision of what reliability and observability should look like.

Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Growth Marketing

• Reporting to Senior Manager of Member Growth Operations; build member acquisition journeys and improve data flows
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Creative teams to deliver user experiences that drive activation and long-term value
• Define and execute roadmap for experimentation and provide hands-on technical execution support
• Act as Braze subject matter expert; train others and provide guidance on best practices, segmentation, QA and delivery
• Use and evaluate AI-powered marketing features to improve efficiency, content relevance, and personalization
• Own, measure, and optimize member acquisition programs across email and mail channels using Braze
• Build and scale automated AI-personalized workflows, dynamic content, segmentation, and A/B and multivariate tests
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies between martech stack and data files
• Work with data and engineering teams to ensure proper event tracking, data flow, and integration
• Stay current on emerging AI marketing solutions and introduce new tools or workflows

• Build trusted relationships for a growing list of customers to enable account growth and ensure satisfaction, retention, and value
• Support accounts to develop key client deliverables, including marketing project plans and meeting presentations for client touchpoints and business reviews, highlighting utilization, performance, and expansion opportunities
• Use BI tools to pull and analyze customer-specific data for reporting, QBRs and ad hoc needs
• Participate in client business reviews and own strategic follow-ups
• Advocate for client needs and issue resolution cross-departmentally, provide continual feedback to internal teams on client needs
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of Virta’s organization, services offered, and processes
• Create and manage internal tickets and workflows across key cross-functional partners, including Implementation, Analytics, Billing, and other teams to support client needs

• Assist with benefit fairs logistics, collateral customization, and post-event reporting; participate in onsite benefit fairs and vendor summits for strategic accounts
• Collaborate on improvements to SOPs and workflows, sharing learnings and opportunities as Virta continues to scale
• Help identify trends or common roadblocks and propose solutions to improve team efficiency and client satisfaction
