About the role
- Virta Health aims to reverse Type 2 diabetes and obesity using technology, personalized nutrition, and virtual care.
- The role leads product operations, building operating rhythms, planning cadences Now/Next/Later, and executive readouts.
- You will coach squads on agile and scrum mechanics and drive cross-functional projects.
- You will lead special projects to increase product org effectiveness and partner with data team on governance and tooling.
- You will serve as a trusted operational partner to product and development leadership and identify bottlenecks for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or a Chief of Staff capacity within a product development organization.
- Proven ability to design and drive planning cadences at the squad, group, and executive level.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum mechanics, with experience coaching teams to improve rhythms, velocity, and decision-making.
- Exceptional facilitation and communication skills — able to create clarity, build alignment, and influence without formal authority.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; capable of juggling multiple initiatives and ensuring follow-through.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, analytics, and leadership stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Google Workspace; SQL fluency a plus.
