About the role
- Reporting to Senior Manager of Member Growth Operations; build member acquisition journeys and improve data flows
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Creative teams to deliver user experiences that drive activation and long-term value
- Define and execute roadmap for experimentation and provide hands-on technical execution support
- Act as Braze subject matter expert; train others and provide guidance on best practices, segmentation, QA and delivery
- Use and evaluate AI-powered marketing features to improve efficiency, content relevance, and personalization
- Own, measure, and optimize member acquisition programs across email and mail channels using Braze
- Build and scale automated AI-personalized workflows, dynamic content, segmentation, and A/B and multivariate tests
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies between martech stack and data files
- Work with data and engineering teams to ensure proper event tracking, data flow, and integration
- Stay current on emerging AI marketing solutions and introduce new tools or workflows
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enrollment marketing with a strong technical foundation
- Deep hands-on experience with setting up personalized marketing campaigns and audience segmentation
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to streamline workflows and automate routine tasks
- Comfortable working with product data, APIs, and user attributes; SQL experience is a plus
- Proven ability to conceptualize, design, implement, and audit automated B2C journeys at scale
