- We’re looking for a strategic and investor-savvy professional to lead Virta’s investor relations function. This is a unique opportunity to shape the external financial narrative for one of the most transformative companies in digital health. As the Vice President, Investor Relations, you’ll work directly with the CFO and executive team to build meaningful relationships with investors, communicate our performance and vision to the market, and support Virta’s growth as we scale. Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, equity research, or investment banking
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate financial data into compelling narratives
- Track record of managing investor relations for a high-growth or pre-IPO company (healthcare/tech strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of capital markets, financial modeling, and valuation methodologies
- Executive presence and comfort interfacing with senior leaders, investors, and analysts
