Develop and execute the company’s commercial operations strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
Partner with executive leadership to define growth priorities and establish clear commercial objectives.
Provide thought leadership on operational best practices to support a fast growing organization and improve all systems and processes to best practice grade.
Oversee sales operations including forecasting, pipeline management, territory design, and incentive programs.
Implement tools, processes, and analytics to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
Create and deliver meaningful management reporting and insight into Sales, Marketing and Client Success metrics and opportunities.
Lead the development of pricing, contracting, and deal governance frameworks to maximize profitability.
Monitor revenue performance, set KPIs, and establish dashboards for executive reporting.
Drive continuous improvement in sales, renewal, and revenue cycle processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success to align commercial activities.
Ensure seamless coordination between go-to-market teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.
Build and optimize commercial processes, systems, and infrastructure to support rapid growth.
Requirements
15+ years of progressive experience in commercial operations, sales operations, revenue operations, or related functions.
7–10 years of leadership experience, with proven success managing senior-level teams across multiple commercial disciplines.
Demonstrated track record of scaling commercial operations in high-growth organizations (preferably in healthcare, technology, or other complex, regulated industries).
Hands-on experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, pricing models, and contract negotiations.
Experience leading CRM systems and sales enablement tools implementations (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Background in P&L management and financial planning is appreciated.
Proven ability to develop and execute commercial strategies that drive growth and operational efficiency.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product.
Demonstrated ability to influence executive teams and board-level stakeholders.
Experience building and leading high-performing, diverse teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
