Overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of Capital One Software's international expansion
Serve as the primary point of contact for legal counsel to ensure compliance
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to adapt GTM materials
Work with product and engineering teams to define technical requirements for internationalization
Oversee all logistical aspects of international operations
Act as the central hub for international expansion, coordinating efforts across all departments
Develop and manage the budget for international operations
Provide regular updates to the executive team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
At least 8 years of experience in international project management, international legal compliance, or international operations at a regulated company
At least 5 years in an international or global capacity within the software or technology industry
At least 6 years in people management
At least 5 years of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies experience
Master's degree, Juris Doctor, or MBA preferred
Experience in the B2B SaaS industry, preferably within the data management, data security, or cloud technology sectors
Proficiency in multiple languages (some examples include: French, German, Spanish)
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
Demonstrated ability to understand the operational and legal complexities of global expansion, particularly in the EU / APAC region
Ability to travel internationally as required.
