About the role
- Ensure strategy translates into action across the company by operating as a senior operator and integrator
- Run LT operating system: agendas, decision-making, follow-through
- Ensure decisions are based on clear priorities and communicated consistently
- Facilitate offsites and LT rituals that build trust and accountability
- Design and manage cadences for planning, reporting, and communication
- Ensure departments are aligned on objectives, ownership, and accountability
- Provide the LT with the right data and insights at the right time working with Finance, Analytics, and People
- Act as the connective tissue between Marketing, Product, Tech, Analytics, Supply
- Anticipate bottlenecks, surface risks early, and enable faster resolution
- Ensure teams know how their work ties to company ambitions
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO, helping set priorities and shaping communication
- Take on special projects and ambiguous initiatives that cut across the org
- Amplify LT decisions and make sure they stick throughout the company
Requirements
- Strong track record in organisational design and scaling operating systems
- Skilled facilitator, communicator, and coach at executive level
- Proven ability to turn strategy into execution through clear systems and follow-up
- High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and resilience in a founder-led environment
- Balance of strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution
