People Operations

• Maintain accurate employee records across our People systems
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, documentation, tooling, and introductions
• Support payroll preparation by managing employee data changes
• Act as a first point of contact for employees with People Ops–related questions
• Support People projects and continuous process improvement initiatives
• Help ensure compliance with local labour regulations and internal policies
