• Build innovative multi-device hotel marketplace products
• Shape key aspects of customer-facing products beyond own specialization
• Define and lead product feature projects with Product and Engineering managers
• Improve end-user experience and validate via A/B testing
• Optimise device-specific web experiences for mobile, tablet and desktop
• Work on initiatives to help users find, book and manage bookings on Vio.com
• Identify opportunities to improve code quality, automation tests and product quality

Senior Frontend Engineer

• Ensure strategy translates into action across the company by operating as a senior operator and integrator
• Run LT operating system: agendas, decision-making, follow-through
• Ensure decisions are based on clear priorities and communicated consistently
• Facilitate offsites and LT rituals that build trust and accountability
• Design and manage cadences for planning, reporting, and communication
• Ensure departments are aligned on objectives, ownership, and accountability
• Provide the LT with the right data and insights at the right time working with Finance, Analytics, and People
• Act as the connective tissue between Marketing, Product, Tech, Analytics, Supply
• Anticipate bottlenecks, surface risks early, and enable faster resolution
• Ensure teams know how their work ties to company ambitions
• Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO, helping set priorities and shaping communication
• Take on special projects and ambiguous initiatives that cut across the org
• Amplify LT decisions and make sure they stick throughout the company

Marketing

• Architect and implement Vio.com's unified measurement framework for precise budget allocation and marketing optimisation
• Design and implement a unified Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) and incrementality framework including holdout experiments and geo-based tests
• Implement Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) approaches to understand channel interactions
• Run systematic experiments to calibrate attribution models and validate measurement accuracy
• Build experimental frameworks that enable continuous testing and learning across marketing channels
• Design frameworks to measure view-through conversions and assisted conversions across the customer journey
• Develop infrastructure to ensure clean, reliable data feeds for attribution analysis
• Develop actionable insights that directly inform budget allocation decisions across the marketing funnel
