About the role
- Turning complex workflows into delightful user experiences across Base360.ai SaaS product, marketing site, and customer touchpoints.
- Working directly with the CEO, product managers, and engineers to design features that solve real problems for short-term rental operators.
- Designing intuitive dashboards, workflows, and integrations for Base360.ai core SaaS product.
- Creating marketing assets including landing pages, product pages, and demo flows.
- Defining and maintaining the design system for speed and consistency.
- Gathering user feedback to iterate and improve designs rapidly.
- Contributing to branding evolution across The Flex ecosystem.
Requirements
- Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs in Figma.
- Build conversion-focused landing pages for product launches and campaigns.
- Ensure a consistent visual language across all product modules and touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments.
- Maintain and expand our design system and component library.
