About the role
- Report directly to the CEO and take responsibility for developing and implementing strategy and partnerships end-to-end.
- Take over ongoing project to incorporate AI agents into Vicos and the business model.
- Launch and implement program for top leaders from professional services firms to found and run Vicos.
- Grow business development partnerships, starting with existing partners and expanding to MSPs and others.
- Scout, win and bootstrap partnerships to enhance add-on services (insurance, factoring) and technology licensing opportunities.
- Design processes and conceive platform features enabling efficient partnership operations across company divisions.
- Prepare and contribute at top management level to strategic planning, decision making and market or business area entry.
- Act as an innovator providing ideas and concrete proposals to improve company operations and strategy.
Requirements
- 2+ years professional experience via employment, entrepreneurial initiative or internships.
- Ideally experience in professional services (consulting, legal, finance) related to technology, including AI.
- Entrepreneurship mindset; fast learner; keen to work on new challenges daily.
- University degree with very good results.
- Experience with intensive usage of AI tools and interest in the evolution of AI.
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable initiating phone calls.
- Strong team spirit and ability to interact internally and externally across tech, sales, services and financial spheres.
- Excellent judgment in evaluating people and organisations for strengths, weaknesses and strategic fit.
- Excellent German and English.
