• For our Berlin location we are looking for a hands-on personality to actively manage and grow enterprise customers within the SAP ecosystem.
• In this role you will support the entire business development cycle – from initial customer conversations and pitches, through coordination with delivery teams, to the long-term development of customer relationships.
• Together with experienced colleagues and Vicos you will gradually take on more responsibility for expanding accounts and ensuring sustainable project success.

• Develop AI-agentic solutions from scratch or integrating existing agents and foundational technologies.
• Use AI to aggressively ship high-quality code.

• Expand our business development partnerships, beginning with existing relationships and then extending further, e.g. with MSPs (you will learn what an MSP is — we did, too).
• Scout, secure and bootstrap partnerships that enhance our add-on services, for example in finance (insurance, factoring) or technology (e.g. licensing businesses).
