About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • For our Berlin location we are looking for a hands-on personality to actively manage and grow enterprise customers within the SAP ecosystem.
  • In this role you will support the entire business development cycle – from initial customer conversations and pitches, through coordination with delivery teams, to the long-term development of customer relationships.
  • Together with experienced colleagues and Vicos you will gradually take on more responsibility for expanding accounts and ensuring sustainable project success.
  • Position Vicoland with enterprise customers and partners as an alternative to traditional consulting
  • Conduct client conversations, identify cross- and upsell opportunities, maintain CRM
  • Implement marketing activities: LinkedIn, website, outreach campaigns
  • Build and manage Vicos
  • Source, screen and coordinate experts in the staffing process
  • Onboard Vico leads and support them during delivery
  • Create Vico profiles and positioning materials
  • Actively use AI tools and apply Vicoland’s AI features in customer work

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree
  • 2 years of experience in business development, consulting or sales
  • German at C2 level and business-fluent English – mandatory
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on working style
  • Curiosity about AI and willingness to actively adopt new tools
  • SAP knowledge, recruiting experience or CRM practice: advantageous
