About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Shape Vicoland’s market position with enterprise clients as the strategic alternative to traditional professional services models.
  • Challenge established sourcing models and demonstrate why Vicos deliver better outcomes.
  • Plan and implement hybrid human/AI offerings delivered by Vicos.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to specific client contexts.
  • Build thought leadership through events and a consistent LinkedIn presence.
  • Win and grow clients
  • Develop and own a portfolio of enterprise clients and partners — from strategic outreach through close to long-term expansion.
  • Conduct consultative, insight-driven conversations at C-level.
  • Translate the Vico model into concrete ROI scenarios for each client.
  • Identify cross- and upsell opportunities with a founder’s mindset.
  • Build pipeline strategically, not only transactionally.
  • Lead Vicos in delivery
  • Supervise and coach Vico Leads in your client group — hold them accountable for delivery quality and commercial performance.
  • Activate new Vico Leads and set them up for success.
  • Step in when needed to protect client relationships.
  • Drive AI into Business Development
  • Integrate Vicoland’s AI and agentic capabilities into client conversations — position the Vicoland platform and Vicos as AI-first.
  • Use AI tools actively in your own work and contribute to the evolution of AI-powered Vico members.
  • Shape the company
  • Contribute to Vicoland’s strategy as a member of the leadership team.
  • Bring market intelligence, client feedback, and competitive insight into the organization.
  • Help define how we scale — processes, tools, talent, culture.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in professional services — e.g., consulting, system integration, or sales roles for complex products.
  • Consultative selling capability: you can win complex enterprise deals by advising, not pitching.
  • Challenger mindset: you shape how clients and the market at large think about professional services sourcing and are comfortable challenging senior stakeholders.
  • AI affinity: you actively use AI tools and understand the strategic implications of agentic AI for professional services.
  • Entrepreneurial energy — you are drawn to building markets, not administering existing ones.
  • Own entrepreneurial experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience leading teams or practices — you have managed people, not just projects.
  • Strong academic background, fast career progression, proven commercial impact.
  • Fluent in German and English (DACH is our home market while we expand internationally).
  • Network power: you have and build valuable relationships easily.
