About the role
- Lead technical validation processes and conduct advanced workshops with architects, security engineers, and CISOs
- Collaborate closely with sales to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Assist in responding to RFPs/RFIs and preparing technical proposals
- Develop and deliver training sessions, best practices guidelines, and documentation to scale team capabilities
- Develop and communicate competitive differentiators and monitor industry/competitor trends
- Engage with customers and prospects as a trusted technical advisor and support roadmap presentations
- Act as liaison between customers, sales, and product development to provide feedback on features and UX
- May support Federal efforts in conjunction with Enterprise
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Advanced degrees or cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure) are a plus
- Minimum of 5-years in a technical pre-sales role within the cybersecurity industry
- Proven track record of successful customer engagements and technical solution design
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, identity management, and current industry trends
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity technologies and platforms
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to analyze complex multivariate problems
- Strong team player with ability to work collaboratively and influence without authority
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment; agile and able to adjust quickly
- Security clearance is a big plus
