About the role

Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are tightly managed
Lead project planning, resourcing, risk management, and execution across all phases of the engagement
Coordinate resources across multiple locations and time zones, ensuring seamless collaboration
Act as the primary client contact for project execution, providing clear communication and expectation management
Partner with Product, UX, and Engineering leads to ensure delivery aligns with business objectives and technical requirements
Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve risks and issues before they impact delivery
Ensure that all reporting, documentation, and governance requirements are consistently met
Drive accountability across teams while fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented environment
Continuously monitor and communicate project health through metrics, reporting, and stakeholder updates

7+ years of relevant project management experience in digital or technology-focused environments
Proven ability to manage projects, with a strong record of delivering on time, on budget, and within scope
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Experience managing distributed teams across multiple geographies and time zones
Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and build trust
Demonstrated success in risk management, issue resolution, and resource coordination
Nice to have: Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and VertexAI; experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms
Nice to have: Background in consulting or agency environments with multi-disciplinary teams
Nice to have: Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery approaches in addition to traditional project management
Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree
