About the role

Lead the creation of user-friendly, engaging digital experiences aligned with business strategy.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate requirements into impactful design solutions.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
Advocate for design consistency and scalability through design systems and component libraries.
Ensure accessibility, legibility, and inclusion are prioritized in all designs.
Participate in product discovery, concept validation, and iterative design cycles.
Join a cross-functional product squad focused on improving user experiences for large-scale B2B and B2C platforms.

6+ years of experience in UX/Product Design with a strong portfolio showcasing B2B and/or complex platform work.
Advanced expertise in Figma (UI design, prototyping, design systems).
Experience designing for B2B applications (navigation patterns, data limitations, information architecture).
Hands-on experience with design systems and scalable design frameworks.
Strong collaboration skills with engineers and product teams in Agile environments.
Self-starter, able to work independently while driving projects forward.
Fluent English for daily communication (written and spoken).
