About the role

Design and implement system architectures for Wireline and OSS application migration, focusing on provisioning and activation
Lead the migration of existing systems to new platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to services
Develop detailed migration plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software engineers, network engineers, operations) to ensure seamless integration
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Document system architectures, migration processes, and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the migration process
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve system performance and efficiency
Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization
Anticipate future needs and develop scalable solutions

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
10+ years of experience in system architecture focusing on Wireline and OSS applications
Extensive experience with provisioning and activation systems
Strong understanding of Broadband technologies and architectures
Proven track record of managing complex migration projects
Experience with various operating systems, databases, and programming languages
Experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
