• Remote DoD SkillBridge Internship: ePMO Associate Project Manager (SkillBridge) with Quest Resource Management Group
• Quest Resource Management Group is an environmental consulting and management company focused on waste diversion and sustainability
• Assist with all stages of project lifecycle: planning, mobilization, execution, risk management, resource allocation, implementation, change management, and hypercare
• Lead and execute cross-functional strategic projects using enterprise project management tools and methodologies
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and with quality; set measurable goals and KPIs and track ROI
• Identify, escalate, and develop mitigation plans for project risks related to timing, budget, or quality
• Lead cross-functional teams, facilitate interdepartmental workgroups, resolve conflicts, and make decisions
• Interact closely with stakeholders including C-suite; use negotiation skills to overcome blockers and drive projects forward

Associate Project Manager, ePMO

• Support and manage training programs and instructor-led courses.
• Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from planning to completion.
• Build and develop project teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Apply industry best practices and PMBOK standards.
• Monitor progress, manage resources, and provide regular status updates.
• Perform risk management and mitigation.
• Organize and lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work remotely with consistent office hours and reliable communication.
• Use collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.
• Stay responsive to email, Teams, and voicemail during work hours.
• Intern will receive training in instructional delivery and facilitation, company onboarding to LEAD Training processes, and use of collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Teams.
• Completion may lead to post-internship opportunities and further certification training provided by Vets2PM.

Procurement

• Conduct 50-state surveys of business licensing requirements specific to healthcare staffing agencies
• Draft/provide appropriate documents for all state small business registrations
• Conduct jurisdictional gap analyses across states and file qualifications with Secretaries of State offices
• Maintain real-time dashboards tracking registration milestones
• Training and career trajectory overview in regulatory compliance in government contracting
