Remote DoD SkillBridge Internship: ePMO Associate Project Manager (SkillBridge) with Quest Resource Management Group
Quest Resource Management Group is an environmental consulting and management company focused on waste diversion and sustainability
Assist with all stages of project lifecycle: planning, mobilization, execution, risk management, resource allocation, implementation, change management, and hypercare
Lead and execute cross-functional strategic projects using enterprise project management tools and methodologies
Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and with quality; set measurable goals and KPIs and track ROI
Identify, escalate, and develop mitigation plans for project risks related to timing, budget, or quality
Lead cross-functional teams, facilitate interdepartmental workgroups, resolve conflicts, and make decisions
Interact closely with stakeholders including C-suite; use negotiation skills to overcome blockers and drive projects forward
Other duties and projects as assigned; internship includes mentorship and training from Vets2PM
Requirements
Applicants must be active-duty U.S. Military Members who qualify for the DoD SkillBridge Program
Desired backgrounds: Project/Program Managers; Operations or Logistics Chiefs; Technical Chiefs/Maintenance Managers; Administrative Officers; Communications and Strategic Planning Staff; Training Officers/NCOICs; Resource Managers; Team Leads managing cross-functional teams
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Experience managing complex projects, leading teams, or overseeing operations
Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning; ability to calculate, track and communicate project ROI and KPIs
Familiarity with PMO tools and software: Microsoft Teams, Monday.com, SharePoint, MS Office, Miro, Scribe
Experience with project management best practices and methodologies
