• Participate in self-paced IT and cybersecurity training toward certifications such as: CompTIA Security+, CEH, CCNA, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure-900, CISSP, CySA+, Linux+, CISM, CCNP.
• Connect with other transitioning service members who are exploring or entering IT career fields.
• Participate in peer-to-peer conversations to share experiences and lessons learned.
• Build a professional network that supports long-term career growth and job exploration.
• Take part in program onboarding, goal setting, and mentorship activities.
• Attend professional development touchpoints with Apex team members.
• Complete out-processing activities and interview for full-time roles with Apex Systems or partner employers.
