About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the talent acquisition team in reviewing job applicants.
  • Review positions with applicants/candidates, and confirm personal information prior to submitting through portals.
  • Support the coordination of interviews and onboarding of new hires.
  • Provide best-in-class service to candidates and internal clients.
  • Review of applicants against jobs applied to, while cross-referencing other opportunities.
  • Call applicants to confirm necessary information to formally submit to hiring teams.
  • Format candidate resumes for submission to hiring teams.
  • Continuous tracking and updating of applicant statuses within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to push candidates through the submission process.
  • Manage the coordination and tracking of interviews through internal tracking systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be active-duty U.S. military service member who qualifies for participation in the DoD SkillBridge Program.
  • Experience with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.
  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associate’s degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
