Support and manage training programs and instructor-led courses.
Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from planning to completion.
Build and develop project teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Apply industry best practices and PMBOK standards.
Monitor progress, manage resources, and provide regular status updates.
Perform risk management and mitigation.
Organize and lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Work remotely with consistent office hours and reliable communication.
Use collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom.
Travel up to 25% may be required.
Stay responsive to email, Teams, and voicemail during work hours.
Intern will receive training in instructional delivery and facilitation, company onboarding to LEAD Training processes, and use of collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Teams.
Completion may lead to post-internship opportunities and further certification training provided by Vets2PM.
Requirements
Active-duty U.S. Military Members who qualify for the DoD SkillBridge Program
Must be able to obtain and/or maintain a Public Trust security clearance
PMP certification preferred (interns will prepare for PMP during the internship if not already certified)
Strong facilitation and presentation skills; instructional or teaching experience a plus
Familiarity with ADDIE instructional design model preferred
Travel up to 25% may be required
Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate teams in a remote environment
