Reach out to customers within 24 hours: share quotes, answer questions, and help find insurance solutions
Issue insurance policies and assess needs for home, auto, and other types of coverage
Coordinate with Loan Officers, insurance carriers, and Operations to ensure policies are accurate and move smoothly
Build relationships with Loan Officers, carriers, and partners; gather info and keep everyone in the loop
Pitch in across teams and help foster a supportive, collaborative team culture
Requirements
No specific degree or experience required but looking for translatable skills and relevant expertise
1+ years of experience working with customers over the phone
Property & Casualty licensed or ready to get licensed when you join
Great written and verbal communication skills
Top-notch customer service skills
Comfortable with basic computer tech and internet-based tools
Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and follow up
Able to handle shifting priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
