• Reach out to customers within 24 hours: share quotes, answer questions, and help find insurance solutions
• Issue insurance policies and assess needs for home, auto, and other types of coverage
• Coordinate with Loan Officers, insurance carriers, and Operations to ensure policies are accurate and move smoothly
• Build relationships with Loan Officers, carriers, and partners; gather info and keep everyone in the loop
• Pitch in across teams and help foster a supportive, collaborative team culture
