About the role
- Search and identify leading global subject matter experts to drive Pointe’s original research
- Reach out and recruit industry experts to develop an ongoing pipeline of fresh market insights
- Screen and vet subject matter experts via telephone for participation in client-facing research engagements
- Collaborate with internal engagement teams to scope expert insight requirements
- Build, manage, and own relationships with hundreds of subject matter experts onboarded into the network
- Own the full search process including identifying, conducting outreach, pitching value proposition, and onboarding experts
Requirements
- Bachelor's required with a clear track record of academic excellence
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); strong business acumen a plus
- Unparalleled work ethic and radical accountability required to exceed performance metrics
- Organizational and time management skills to independently manage expert pipeline across engagements
- Approach tasks with high urgency and intensity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills for recruiting and negotiation with senior-level experts
- Fast learner with ability to quickly get up to speed on a wide variety of industries
- Strong people instincts to evaluate expertise and participation willingness of experts
- Capacity for high-volume outbound cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Prioritizing team success over individual success
- Ability to navigate LinkedIn
