QA Automation Engineer

• Deliver workflow automation and practical data operations that enable repeatable AI solutions across Vesta Business Units (BUs).
• Build reusable workflow components, practical ingestion and data plumbing patterns, and operational measurement templates.
• Design and build workflow automations and copilots that reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
• Integrate automations with BU systems (ticketing, CRM, telephony, etc.) using connectors or direct API integrations.
• Maintain and improve ingestion patterns so they can be reused across BUs with minimal custom work.
• Create BU-ready artefacts: runbooks, troubleshooting guides, configuration notes, etc.
• Support lightweight training and knowledge transfer so BUs can operate and extend what was delivered.

Data & Automation Engineer, Central AI Lab

• Build and ship production-grade AI capabilities that can be reused across Vesta Business Units (BUs)
• Lead by example as a hands-on engineer, set the engineering bar, and turn pilots into repeatable starter kits
• Deliver reusable "starter kits" aligned to the AI-First Strategy build plan
• Develop production-ready pilots with clear monitoring, evaluation, runbooks, and BU handover
• Create reference architectures and implementation patterns that work across heterogeneous BU stacks
• Provide technical leadership: own end-to-end solution design and implementation for central pilots
• Support the adoption of AI-DLC methodology by leading by example
• Build full-stack capabilities: APIs, integrations, data flows, UI surfaces, LLM application layers

• Act as primary CS contact for an assigned customer portfolio.
• Understand production workflows, challenges, and priorities in the non-woven / paper / converting industries.
