About the role

  • Take over and manage an existing book of business, nurturing and strengthening relationships with current dispensary partners
  • Upsell services to current clients, increasing engagement and revenue opportunities
  • Research, prospect, and secure new dispensary partnerships to expand the referral network
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Support) to support partners’ growth
  • Track all activities, pipeline, and results in the CRM system
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the medical cannabis industry landscape
  • Report to the Director of Marketing/Marketing Manager and work 40 hours per week remotely
  • Initial role is Contract to Hire (start as contractor with potential to convert to W2)

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of sales, partnerships, or account management experience (cannabis industry experience strongly preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and voracious mentality when both “hunting” for new business and “farming” existing relationships
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a team
