• Lead all phases of the company’s M&A activities, reporting to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team
• Research and identify potential acquisition targets within healthcare technology, alternative wellness, and cannabis-adjacent markets
• Conduct financial, operational, cultural, and compliance due diligence to determine strategic fit
• Prepare business cases and acquisition proposals, including valuation analysis, risk assessment, and integration planning
• Partner with legal, finance, and executive teams to structure, negotiate, and close acquisition deals
• Develop and manage post-acquisition integration plans to align acquired entities with Veri MedTech’s strategy, culture, and systems
• Present acquisition opportunities, progress reports, and integration outcomes to senior leadership, board members, and investors
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market shifts to proactively identify strategic growth opportunities

Account Manager

• Take over and manage an existing book of business, nurturing and strengthening relationships with current dispensary partners
• Upsell services to current clients, increasing engagement and revenue opportunities
• Research, prospect, and secure new dispensary partnerships to expand the referral network
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Support) to support partners’ growth
• Track all activities, pipeline, and results in the CRM system
• Maintain a strong understanding of the medical cannabis industry landscape
• Report to the Director of Marketing/Marketing Manager and work 40 hours per week remotely
• Initial role is Contract to Hire (start as contractor with potential to convert to W2)
