About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own our internal infrastructure, developer operations, and frontend web presence
  • Run developer standups three times per week, keeping teams aligned and unblocked
  • Own sprint planning end-to-end using ClickUp—organizing backlogs, defining sprint goals, and tracking delivery
  • Serve as the primary liaison between engineering and other departments for feature requests and bug resolution
  • Triage and prioritize incoming requests
  • Own the frontend web presence across all company digital assets
  • Perform hands-on frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Coordinate QA, deployments, and ongoing maintenance of all web-facing assets
  • Help manage AWS infrastructure including EC2 instances, Route 53 DNS
  • Administer Google Workspace for the organization
  • Manage SSO via Okta
  • Oversee company-wide VPN through GoodAccess
  • Maintain endpoint security posture

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in an IT management or senior IT role with a broad technical scope
  • Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, Route 53, IAM fundamentals)
  • Experience administering Google Workspace and Okta SSO
  • Working knowledge of frontend web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects in ClickUp, Jira, or a similar tool
  • Strong communication skills—you'll be the connective tissue between technical and non-technical teams
