About the role
- Manage service orders in ERP (create, quote, invoice, close) for Loveland location
- Check service order email inbox and assist phone line as needed
- Act as liaison between customers and repair team
- Manage Rental and Loaner requests through service order process
- Inventory management: ordering, receiving, cycle counts, monthly audits
- Packing, shipping and receiving service orders, inventory and other items domestically and internationally
- Schedule courier pick-ups and contact couriers when needed
- Report to the Service Manager and collaborate with repair and tech support teams
Requirements
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years in customer service-related role
- 1-2 years in warehouse related role
- On-site work Monday through Friday in Loveland, Colorado
- Ability to manage shipping, receiving, inventory, and service order processes
- Familiarity or willingness to become an ERP expert in Syteline
