About the role

  • Process supplier invoices and customer billings
  • Track payments and update ERP records
  • Support collections and customer account research
  • Review and process expense reports
  • Assist with audits, month-end close, and reporting
  • Coordinate office maintenance and vendor services
  • Provide general admin support to Finance and Regional leadership

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ of accounting experience
  • Some college coursework in accounting preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • ERP experience is a plus
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset
