Shape and lead global pricing strategy across all regions and product lines
Develop pricing capabilities, governance, and tools to drive sustainable, profitable growth
Influence and collaborate with regional and country commercial teams to embed pricing excellence
Report to the VP of Global Channel and Excellence and work closely with Regional Commercial Leaders
Partner with regional and country-level commercial leadership and product management to implement pricing strategies that reflect local market dynamics
Champion a culture of pricing accountability and commercial discipline across the global organization
Design and implement internal, data-driven pricing tools (price waterfall, price variance analysis, global growth room)
Conduct root cause analysis and develop strategic pricing countermeasures for pricing gaps
Build and govern pricing frameworks, processes, and training to elevate pricing maturity
Collaborate with Product Management to maximise value pricing and price realisation
Lead and develop a team of pricing and data management professionals
Define and manage global pricing governance, including CPQ setup, discount corridors, and escalation processes
Analyse and report pricing KPIs and trends to senior leadership
Drive adoption of Price Waterfall methodology globally
Develop scalable tools for price monitoring and impact modelling using ERP data and collaborate with IT to harmonise pricing-relevant data
Provide strategic coaching on pricing execution, segmentation, and value-based pricing
Guide pricing strategy during annual financial planning and ensure smooth regional execution
Requirements
Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred)
Minimum 10 years in pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management in B2B industrial/manufacturing
Proven team leadership experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across multiple ERP systems
Proven expertise in Price Waterfall methodology and B2B pricing models
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or internal platforms; pricing software experience is a plus
Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous
