About the role
- Lead and manage a regional team of full-time and contract Site IT staff, ensuring high-quality support across all IFF sites in your region
- Deliver excellent IT customer service by resolving incidents and requests quickly and effectively
- Oversee onboarding, training, goal-setting, and performance evaluation of regional IT staff based on SLAs, KPIs, CSAT, and project outcomes
- Balance team priorities between daily support, global IT initiatives, and local business projects
- Act as a key liaison between regional business stakeholders and the global IT organization
- Ensure consistent communication and knowledge sharing across IT teams
- Continuously improve support processes and develop team capabilities to meet evolving business needs
- Maintain and update site support documentation annually to ensure continuity
- Manage regional IT budgets, stock levels, and procurement of equipment to meet user and project needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing IT teams, including contractors and outsourced staff
- Proven ability to lead in a multicultural, international environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English
- Solid understanding of Service Level Management, Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Experience in client deployment, configuration, and end-user computing
- Skilled in stakeholder management and building relationships across all levels
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation capabilities
