About the role
- Be an expert on all TraceGains products
Identify prospective customers, through lead generation and conversion, leveraging the same technology used by the Sales Development resources
On a consistent basis, contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems and answer questions about the products
Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
Collaborate with colleagues on the revenue team and work with customer success and marketing to grow and develop pipeline
Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
Determine number of viable prospects to target within assigned accounts
Ensure all assigned accounts have cross functional and executive contacts
Develop, grow, and maintain an annual pipeline exceeding $1.5M
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
1-3 years of SaaS sales experience, consistently achieving quota
Strong negotiation skills, the ability to motivate and inspire people
Food & Beverage and Supplements industry experience a plus, but not required
Advanced computer skills with CRM, Microsoft Office, Sales Loft, ZoomInfo
Ability to be a positive team player, willing to grow and change
20-30% travel required to customer sites, industry events, and company meetings
Successful completion of a drug and background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations
