Project Manager

• Develop, coordinate, and track comprehensive implementation plans and resource schedules to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Lead implementation kickoffs to discover school-specific goals, set clear role expectations, and verify project timelines.
• Conduct regular reviews of staffing, timelines, and process expectations, providing schools with absolute clarity on their implementation status.
• Proactively solicit school feedback to ensure stakeholders have the necessary context and confidence as they move through the implementation lifecycle.
• Maintain a continuous view of implementation health for each school by tracking risks surfaced by school stakeholders or flagged internally by implementation staff, reviewing open items during periodic strategic project reviews, and driving each risk toward resolution.
• Serve as the primary escalation point and relationship owner for assigned schools. Independently manage escalations and challenging conversations with school leadership.
• Ensure school personnel are tracking toward their goals by completing required self-paced training and attending live sessions with Veracross experts.
• Own Salesforce project setup and administration for all APAC implementations across all product lines, ensuring consistent project structure and data accuracy.

Implementation Project Manager

Product Manager

• Support the strategy, planning, and execution of the Veracross global payments roadmap across the US, UK, ANZ, and other markets
• Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to inform payments product decisions
• Partner with payment processors, gateways, and banking partners to evaluate capabilities, negotiate features, and manage day-to-day relationships
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, compliance, and GTM teams to deliver intuitive, secure, and scalable payment experiences for schools and families
• Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Help ensure compliance with PCI DSS, NACHA, card network rules, and regional payment regulations (e.g., PSD2/Strong Customer Authentication in the UK/EU, ATO/AusPayNet standards in Australia)
• Analyze payment performance data — authorization rates, decline reasons, settlement timing, chargebacks, and fees — to identify opportunities for improvement
• Support GTM, customer success, and support teams with training, documentation, and enablement on payments features
• Track KPIs, report on product performance, and adapt the roadmap based on measurable impact

Product Manager – Payments

• End-to-end admissions flow. Inquiry, application, review and decisioning, enrollment contracts, and re-enrollment through financial aid decisions— owned as a single connected journey, not a set of disconnected forms.
• Integrations and handoffs. Clean connections between admissions, enrollment, financial aid, billing, and the student record — so a family is one family, not five.
• Discovery and roadmap. Spend time with admissions directors, business managers, and enrollment teams to understand the work, define the problems worth solving, and ship in priority order.
• Metrics that matter. Funnel conversion, application completion, time-to-decision, financial aid turnaround, re-enrollment yield — and the operational metrics that tell us our product is actually saving schools time.
• Cross-functional partnership. Day-to-day work with engineering and design on your squad, plus close partnership with customer success, support, implementation, sales, and marketing.

Senior Product Manager

Marketing

• Design and deliver events: Own the planning and execution of a comprehensive annual events calendar across Asia Pacific, which includes industry conferences, roadshows, executive roundtables, and partner programs (~70% focus) which can be both onsite or remotely.
• Integrate campaigns: Ensure all events and field programs are part of a broader marketing approach — supported by digital, email, and social activities that extend reach and engagement.
• Shape regional execution: Act as a key contributor to APAC marketing strategy by bringing local knowledge and customer/partner insights into planning.
• Partner with Sales & Partners: Align closely with the field to drive pipeline creation, acceleration and revenue contribution.

• Collaborate with design and development teams to define product requirements and specifications.
• Conduct market research and user interviews to gather insights and inform product decisions.
• Assist in creating product roadmaps and prioritise features based on user needs and business goals.
• Support the development team during the implementation phase, ensuring timely delivery of product features.
• Following the direction of the Product Manager, coordinate with product development teams to realise product concepts and bring them to market including writing stories and acceptance criteria, working with designers and engineers to refine stories, and performing user acceptance testing.
• Partner across product teams to ensure successful implementation of platform-level features.
• Promote a culture of autonomy, transparency, and teamwork, while remaining customer focused.
• Translate product features into customer benefits and work with marketing to develop messaging and positioning for our sales organisation and internal and external stakeholders.

Associate Product Manager

• As the Business Suite Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution for the Veracross Business Suite in Australia and New Zealand — the finance and accounting backbone used by independent K–12 schools to manage their general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Based in Australia, you will work closely with Australian and New Zealand schools, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, user-centric financial solutions that meet the needs of school business offices in the ANZ region and beyond.
• The Integrated Business Suite Team is responsible for all Veracross financial solutions, included in the Business Suite; tuition billing, student payments, accounts receivable, general ledger, and other school finance workflows. The team is composed of fintech, accounting, and payments experts who work to simplify and optimize business office operations for independent schools across Australia, New Zealand, and globally.

Implementation Specialist

• Deliver Accounting & Student Billing platform consulting and organizational change management to complex Business Offices, large and small. This multi-month implementation consulting consists of:
• Platform transition options consulting: Through discovery and collaboration with the client, evaluate, demo, and revise setup options.
• Orchestrate successful Business Office change management, where the tailored configurations, once approved, are documented, socialized, and deployed.
• Business Office workflow consulting: Create documented models to support the ways the school's Business Office can best leverage the Veracross Accounting & Student Billing modules to support their operation.
• Alongside the Veracross Lead Project Manager, develop Business Office implementation project plans based on the Accounting & Student Billing module configuration.
• Develop and orchestrate tailored Accounting & Student Billing support handoffs.
• Mentor clients in their chart of accounts design as needed.
• Coach Implementation Managers from basic Accounting consulting proficiency to moderate Accounting consulting proficiency.
• Write and update internal documentation to support continuous improvement of a standardized, best practice, Accounting & Student Billing implementation process, including training and adoption.
• Lead direct training engagements for strategic and high-complexity Accounting offices.
• Develop and maintain Student Billing & Accounting module product feedback that emerges from direct consultations.
• Achieve consultation success on time, and on budget.
