• Ensure that our tour guides deliver the best possible service to our travelers, and take immediate action if issues arise.
• Keep all data regarding our tour guides updated and organized in our systems.
• Assign tour guides to trips based on availability, suitability, and operational needs.
• Manage tour guide payments before and after the trip.
• Proactively handle operational issues and emergencies in a professional and efficient manner.
