Previous experience in adtech sales, ideally within a programmatic environment
Proven track record of closing new business and exceeding quotas
Self-starter mindset with the ability to grow and manage a personal book of business
Strong relationship-building skills with potential and existing clients
Solid understanding of The Trade Desk or comparable DSPs
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in person
Confidence in conducting technical platform demos and explaining value to both agency and brand stakeholders
