Account Executive

• Establish new contacts and excite potential customers about our products
• Identify new business opportunities and actively acquire new customers through targeted (cold) prospecting
• Research potential leads via CRM/databases, the internet, and social media
• Use tender platforms, referrals, networks, and newsletters
• Contact decision-makers by phone or through digital channels
• Present solutions and build sustainable relationships
• Work closely with colleagues from the technical team, field sales, and customer consulting
• Document all activities in the CRM system and contribute to the development and improvement of sales processes

Inside Sales Representative – New Customer Acquisition

Outside Sales

• You are responsible for selling our decentralized ventilation systems with a clear focus on Hamburg and also support customers across Schleswig-Holstein.
• Together with the internal sales team, you develop tailor-made solutions.
• You expand existing partnerships with architectural firms and planners and win new partners.
• Regular site visits and on-site appointments to provide technical project support and deliver individual customer advice.
• You take full ownership from planning and proposal preparation through to successful project completion and ensure a smooth handover to colleagues in customer support.

Regional Sales Manager, Field Sales

• Responsible for sales of our decentralized ventilation systems in the Baden-Württemberg region.
• Collaborate with experienced inside-service technicians to develop tailored solutions for our customers.
• Expand existing partnerships with architectural firms and planners and acquire new ones.
• Conduct regular site inspections and on-site meetings to provide technical project support and individual customer consultation.
• Take full ownership from planning and proposal preparation through to successful project completion, ensuring a smooth handover to the customer service team.
